What we collect

When you join our early-access waitlist, we ask for your first name, email address, and your child’s age group. If you choose to fill out our parent survey, we collect your responses — including how you find activities, how much time you spend planning, what frustrates you, and what would make you use the product. We also collect anonymous page-visit data so we can see which parts of the site are most helpful.

How we use your information

  • To notify you when Wonder Week is ready for early access.
  • To invite you to beta test if you expressed interest.
  • To understand what parents need so we can build a better product.
  • To send you a friend’s invite if someone refers you.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except the backend service that hosts our database.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and survey information until we no longer need it for early-access outreach and product development, or until you ask us to delete it. Page-visit data is kept only for aggregate analytics.

Your choices

  • You are never required to fill out the survey — it is completely optional.
  • You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry or survey responses at any time by emailing hello@wonderweek.app.
  • We do not send marketing emails beyond product-related updates.

Security

Your information is stored in a secure database with access controls. Our admin dashboard is password-protected, and only the project team can view individual responses. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product grows. If we make material changes, we will post the new policy here and update the date at the top.
